Single Room 20sqm in Double Shared Apartment at ROM.HOF

Italian Students is moving out of his single room in a double shared apartment in ROM.HOF.

FLAT
This flat is located at ROM.HOF ( http://www.miwo-student.de/ ), a unique private student dormitory endowed with a cool and innovative design and an international and relaxed atmosphere. The flat is composed by one bathroom, shared only within the apartment, a kitchen and the two rooms. My room is the bigger with 20sqm spread between a large bedroom, with space for a big bed and desk and a winter garden, so called "studiolo", that is a very cool feature of this room especially in spring and summer. The common spaces of the building are a Fitness/relax room, a big shared kitchen used for dinners and lunches, two internal cloisters (one with a fire hole to share big BBQ and evenings chilling around fire) and an external garden with a basket court. The apartment is actually shared with Jan, a German student that has been very helpful from the very first beginning with me. I took the room is unfurnished, and of course furnished by me.

POSITION
The ROM.HOF is placed between the beginning of Dransdorf and the end of Endenich. The position is strategic for every connection owing to the S-bahn station Endenich Nord, from which is possible reaching the central station in one stop (3 min); in front of the building a bus stop (lines ----/------- E N9) guarantees further ways to reach the area. With a bike the center is reachable in 10 minutes and through the Grüne Spielstadt, going in Endenich even less. There are supermarkets available all around in Dransdorf (ALDI Lidl) and Endenich (REWE Netto Edeka).

TERMS OF RENT
My contract expires on the 31st July, but nothing prevents you by extending your contract term and your permanence period here. Furthermore I offer the room furniture and kitchen equipment I bought almost 5 months ago.
