Die Wohnung ist für eine Zweier-WG geeignet, und nich geschlossen, dass heißt dass Küche und Bad auf gleicher Etage nur über das Treppenhaus erreichbar sind.
Die Einbauküche in relativ gutem Zustand kann übernommen werden- für umsonst.
Auf Wunsch kann auch der Kühlschrank übernomen werden.
Ein Zimmer der WOhnung hat 20 m² die anderen beiden jeweils rund 10m² (Durchgangszimmer welche ich selbst 4 Jahre als ein Zimmer bewohnt habe)
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Studienanfänger in der Nähe der Mathematik, Geographie, Biologie und auch nicht weit zum Venusberg oder ins Zentrum, allerdings auf Grund der Nähe zur Autobahn relativ laut....
