Die Wohnung liegt in Endenich hat zwei Zimmer auf 38m2. Diese sind gut genutzt. Die Warmmiete liegt bei 440 €.
Ich ziehe zum 1.8 in eine Wg und suche daher einen Nachmieter. Einige Möbel, wie z.B ein Bartisch usw würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen. Den Tresen hatte mein Vermieter damals passend für die Wohnung gebaut. Die Wohnung hat eine Einbauküche die noch in einem guten Zustand ist. Das Bad hat vor kurzem ein neues Waschbecken und eine neue Duschtür bekommen. Die kompletter Wohnung hat einen Granitboden mit Fusbodenheizung.
Endenich ist sehr zentral und auch die Wohnung liegt sehr gut. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind nur zwei Minuten entfernt wie auch die Autobahn ist nur 3-5 min weg. Es gibt mehrere EinkaufsMöglichkeiten die auch zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
