Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine ruhige Lage aber Sie ist trotzdem Zentral. In Endenich gibt es Theater und nette Kneipe, außerdem ist Mann in wenige Minuten in der Stadt - in 5min mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus ab haltestelle Wiesenweg (linien 606,607,604,605), zu Fuß braucht Mann ca. 15 fußminuten.
