Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt soll eine Wohnung neu vermietet werden an eine/n interessierte/n Studentin/en oder junge Paare. Dabei handelt es sich um eine helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage in Bonn-Ippendorf.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG, ist ca. 47 m² groß und frisch renoviert.
Sie verfügt über ein großes und helles Wohnzimmer mit einer Wohnküche (Einbauküche vorhanden, kann aber auch durch Mieter ersetzt werden), 1 Schlafzimmer (17 m²), einem renovierten Tageslichtbad und einem geräumigen Wohnungsflur. Die hellen Zimmer haben große Fenster und das Schlafzimmer geht zum Wald raus. Es ist allgemein sehr ruhig und man kann die zentrale, wenn auch naturnahe Lage genießen.
Im Haus wohnen überwiegend junge Leute, Studenten und Berufstätige. Es ist dennoch ruhig und das Haus wird durch einen Hausmeister regelmäßig greinigt und geplegt. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der sehr gerne mitgenutzt werden kann.
Im EG befindet sich außerdem ein Waschraum, um eine Waschmaschiene anzuschließen. Das spart Platz in der Wohnung.
Vor dem Haus gibt es entlang der Straße öffentliche und kostenlose Parkplätze.
Haustiere und das Rauchen in den Innenräumen sind nicht gestattet.

A bright apartment for interested students or young couples is to be rented out. It is a bright 2-room apartment in a quiet but central location in Bonn-Ippendorf.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is approx. 47 m² in size. It has a large and bright living room
with eat-in kitchen, 1 bedrooms (17 m²), a renovated bathroom with window and a hallway. The bright rooms have large windows, laminate flooring and the bedroom has windows with a view of the forest.
There is a communal garden that can be used.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room that can be used.
There are public and free parking spaces along the street in front of the house.
Pets and smoking in the interior are not permitted.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bonn-Ippendorf, einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe von Poppelsdorf, dem Universitätsklinikum und nur 9 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Bonner Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist in einer Minute fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is located in Bonn-Ippendorf, a quiet area near Poppelsdorf, the university clinic and only 9 minutes by bus from Bonn's main train station. The bus stop can be reached on foot in a minute. The closest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
