Ich suche im Auftrag meiner Vermieterin einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für meine schöne und helle Wohnung in Bonn-Kessenich.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 50m2 groß und umfasst zwei Zimmer, Küche und Duschbad sowie einen großen Kellerraum.
Die Miete beträgt 430 Euro warm (inklusive Heizung und Wasser) zuzüglich Strom.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Einfamilienhauses. Erdgeschoss und erste Etage werden von der Vermieterin bewohnt.
Die Wohnung kann ab Anfang Juli bezogen werden.
Ich habe hier sehr gerne gewohnt, bei Bedarf stehe ich für Fragen zur Verfügung. Einige Möbel können bei Interesse übernommen werden. Eine Besichtigung ist kurzfristig möglich.
Die Lage ist sehr günstig; Geschäfte, Straßenbahn (1 min) etc. liegen fussläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mit der Straßenbahn sind Sie in 10 min am Hauptbahnhof. Sowohl Rhein als auch Venusberg sind zum Joggen und Spazierengehen schnell erreicht.
