Ich suche einen Nachmieter fuer eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Kessenich. Das Schlaf- und das Wohnzimmer sind etwa gleich gross und beide ungefaehr quadratisch. Es gibt einen Balkon, den man vom Wohnzimmer aus betritt. Eine Einbaukueche mit Spuelmaschine, Ofen, Herd und Kuehlschrank ist vorhanden und wird mitvermietet. Ein Kellerabteil und eine Abstellkammer gehoeren auch zur Wohnung. Im Keller kann eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen werden. Geheizt wird mit einer Gasetagenheizung.
Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Strasse. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich eine kleine parkaehnliche Anlage, die mitgenutzt werden kann. Das "Zentrum" Kessenichs ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht und auch die Haltestelle Heushalle (und damit die Bundeskunsthalle) ist nicht weit entfernt.
