Es handelt sich um eine Erdgeschosswohnung in einem 3-Familienhaus, ruhig gelegen, jedoch mit guter Anbindung:
- ca. 500 Meter bis zur S-Bahn-Linie 66
- ca. 300 Meter bis zum Bahnhof NDD
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, sowie Ärzte und Apotheken sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Wohnung umfasst ca. 33 Quadratmeter (2 Zimmer, Abstellraum, Bad). In einem der Zimmer befindet sich eine Pantryküche inkl. Kühlschrank, die zur Wohnung gehört. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen bei Bedarf ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 350 Euro.
