Es wird ein Nachmieter gesucht für eine schöne Wohnung in Lengsdorf. Idealerweise Einzelperson, geeignet für Studenten sowie Arbeitnehmer.
Über einen sehr gepflegten Innenhof kommen sie über eine Treppe hoch in Ihre Wohnung. Der Bus ("Lengsdorf, Kirche" sowie" Provinzialstraße") ist zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Apotheke / Ärzte / Edeka ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist ca. 800m entfernt (Hardtberg - am TelekomDome) Dort befinden sich auch LIDL/ALDI und Co.
Besichtigungstermin wird vergeben für diesen Sonntag !
zur Info: Gas und Strom muss separat abgeschlossen werden. In den Warmkosten (ca. 510!) habe ich meinen monatlichen Beitrag beim Gasanbieter mit eingeschlossen. Strom kommt dann noch hinzu !
