Voraussetzung für den/die Zwischenmieter/in ist, dass er/sie ein grünes Händchen hat und sich um den Garten kümmert.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 große Zimmer mit 4 m hohen Decken sowie über einen Wintergarten, der sich an das Wohnzimmer anschließt. Im Wintergarten steht ein leicht ausziehbares Schlafsofa. Im Kellerabteil können Sachen abgestellt werden und unsere Waschmaschine genutzt werden.
Wir suchen jemanden, der sorgfältig mit unseren Möbeln und Gegenständen umgeht.
Due to a longer stay abroad, we would like to sublet our fully equipped flat.
The intermediate tenant is required to take care of the garden.
The flat has two big rooms (á 25 qm living room and bedroom) with a 4-m high ceiling. A wintergarden is connected to the living room and has a day bed. The tenant can store his belongings in our basement and use our washing machine.
We are looking for someone who takes good care of our flat and items.
