Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche.
Die Immobilie befindet sich in belebter Wohnlage in Bonn in unmittelbarer Nähe zur naturwiss. Universität. Der Bahnhof und das Hauptgebäude der Univ. sind fußläufig oder per Bus erreichbar.
Es gibt im Umfeld mehrere Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte.

I am searching someone to rent my flat in Bonn Poppelsdorf from July/August, especially exchange students who are searching for a place for 1, max. 2 terms. The flat is completly furnished (bed, wardrobe, kitchen with oven and kitchenware, table and chairs) and consists of a bedroom and a kitchen/room plus bathroom.
The rent includes additional costs and the use of furniture.
The flat is located in Poppelsdorf, very close to the University's science buildings. You can easily take a bus or walk to the train station and city centre. Cafés, restaurants etc. are close as well.
