Liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
mein Mitbewohner und ich werden unsere Wohnung in Poppelsdorf zum 1.5.17 abgeben.
Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im ersten Geschoss eines echt schönen Hauses; hohe Decken, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer und ein schicker Stukk in meinem Zimmer sind die Sachen, die ich am meisten vermissen werde.
Mein Zimmer ist um die 15qm groß und annähernd rechteckig. Durch einen kurzen Flur gelangt man zu den restlichen Räumen.
Das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners ist länglich und dürfte 13 bis 14qm groß sein.
In der Küche findet ihr alles essentielle: Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, einen Herd und genügend Lagermöglichkeiten für Geschirr und Lebensmittel.
Die Dusche ist echt schick; ein Fenster geht zum Garten und zu den Fahrradstellplätzen ab.

Hello to all those interested,
my flatmate and me are going to leave our current home as of the 5/1/17.
It is a 2 room flat in the first level of a truly beautiful house; high ceilings, light-flooded rooms and a beautiful stucco in my room are the things I'm going to miss the most.
My room has around 15sqm and is approximately rectangle-shaped. A short corridor connects it with the rest of the rooms.
My mate's room is rather longish and should have 13 or 14sqm.
In the kitchen you'll find all the essentials: A fridge with a small freezer, a stove and enough storage possibilities for cutlery, crockery and food.
The shower is really fine and a window faces towards the garden and bike shed.

Netto, Edeka, Öffis sowie die Barmeile in Poppelsdorf sind alle in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gleiches gilt für das Poppelsdorfer Schloss und den Unikampus.
Netto, Edeka, public transport and the bar street in Poppelsdorf are all reachable within 5 minutes by foot.
The Castle and Uni Campus are the same distance.
Mein Vermieter ist an längerfristigen Mietern interessiert, vorzugsweise Paare, auf jeden Fall jedoch Studenten.
Für die Möbel in Küche (Tisch, Schränkchen, Stühle), Flur (Kommode) und im zweiten Zimmer (Matratze, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch, Sofa) wird eine kleine Abschlagszahlung von 75€ VB fällig.
Die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten beläuft sich auf 760€, die Kaution beträgt zwei Kaltmieten (2x580).
Ein Internetanschluss iat vorhanden, den ich euch mitgeben möchte; das wären 36€ mtl plus eine einmalige Zahlung von 20€, die wir uns teilen können. Der Vertrag hat keine Mindestlaufzeit, also könnt ihr ihn kündigen, falls ihr einen anderen Anbieter bevorzugt.
