Unsere sehr gut gelegene 2 Zimmer Wohnung (KB) wird bald frei und wir suchen einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter! Der Vermieter möchte keine Haustiere und eine Elternbürgschaft wird gewünscht.
Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung (2.OG) zur Clemens-August-Str. raus.
Zur Wohnung selbst: 1 Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, daher ist die Wohnung nicht WG geeignet. Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster (Duschbad) und der Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung im Flur. Es befindet sich keine weitere Wohnung auf der Etage.
Bei Interesse könnt ihr euch gern melden.
Warmmiete: 450 Euro / monat
Kaution: 700 Eur
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle Poppelsdorfer Platz bringt einen schnell zum Hauptbahnhof (7 min Fahrzeit). Das beliebte Melbbad ist auch in der Nähe!
Der Dachstuhl kann über eine Tür vom Flur aus erreicht werden und bietet ausreichend Stauraum.
