Unsere helle und ruhige Wohnung in Poppelsdorf (nahe Clemens-August-Straße) wird zum 01.01.2021 (bei Bedarf evtl. auch etwas früher) frei. 55qm, 2 geräumige Zimmer (eins davon mit bodentiefen Fenstern zum Grünen), sehr kleine Küche, Sonnenbalkon, Fußbodenheizung, schönes Fischgrätenparkett, Badewanne. 2. OG ohne Aufzug. Wir zahlen zzt. 790 Euro warm zzgl. Gas und Strom (ca. 50 Euro). Nette Hausgemeinschaft und Nachbarschaft mit vielen kleinen Bars und Restaurants für die Zeit nach Corona.
Bei Bedarf hätten wir auch noch eine Waschmaschine abzugeben :-).
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort besichtigt werden.
