Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere WG in Bonn-Poppelsdorf. Die Wohnung hat zwei etwas größere Zimmer je 18 qm und ein kleineres (ca. 9 qm), dazu eine Küche, die genug Platz für einen Esstisch bietet. An die Küche schließt ein Balkon an, auf dem man problemlos mit 4 Personen Platz findet. Auf Grund der Raumaufteilung ist die Wohnung besonders für eine zweier oder dreier WG geeignet. Es gibt eine Abstellkammer, ein eigenes Kellerabteil, sowie eine Waschküche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Poppelsdorf. Die Bushaltestelle „Poppelsdorfer Platz“ befindet sich direkt vor der Tür, zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man jedoch auch nur 15 min. Die Poppelsdorfer Unigebäude rund um die Nussallee sind 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem befinden sich direkt neben der Wohnung etliche Bars, Restaurants und Imbisse. Ein EDEKA und ein Netto sind direkt gegenüber. Im Sommer bietet sich die nahe gelegene Wiese vor dem Poppelsdorfer Schloss zum entspannen an und auch der Venusberg ist schnell erreicht.
