Hallo an alle!
Da mein Freund und ich nach Italien umziehen, wird unsere schöne Wohnung ab Ende Juli/Anfang August 2021 vermietet. Wir ziehen gegen 20./25. Juli 2021 um, also ab Ende Juli wird die Wohnung schon frei sein. Die Wohnung ist 50 qm groß, sehr hell und auch möbliert. Sie ist für ein Paar oder auch nur für eine Person geeignet. Es gibt einen Flur, ein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Küche.
Was das Mobiliar betrifft, würden wir gerne alle Möbel nur für 250 Euro (verhandelbar) lassen, aber wenn ihr einige Möbel nicht braucht, können wir das besprechen. Die Möbel könntet ihr im Fotos der Wohnung sehen, aber wenn ihr Interesse darüber habt, können wir auch eine Liste der Möbel privat schicken.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 720 Euro plus Strom und Gas (in 2 Personen bezahlen wir insgesamt 800 Euro, also 400 Euro pro Person). Poppelsdorf ist ein super schönes Viertel, 20 Minuten von Bonn Hbf zu Fuß entfernt, 5 Minuten mit dem Bus (601/602/603), wir sind 3 Minuten von Poppelsdorfer Platz und es gibt zwei Supermärkte (Edeka und Netto) und Rewe in Südstadt (10 Minuten zu Fuß).

My boyfriend and I leave the apartment at the end of July (around 20/25 July 2021) and so it will be free before the 1. August. The apartment is 50 square meter, very bright and furnished. It is suitable for a couple or also for one person. There is an hall, a bedroom, a great living room and a small kitchen.
Regarding the furniture, we would like to leave it just for 250 Euros (negotiable), but if you don't need some furniture, we can speak about it. You can see the furniture in the pictures of the apartment, but if you are interested, we can send to you a complete list of the furniture.
The rent is of 720 Euros plus electricity and gas (in two we pay in total 800 Euros, so 400 Euros per person). Poppelsdorf is a wonderful quarter, 20 minutes from the central station by feet, 5 minutes with the bus (601/602/603), Poppelsdorfer Platz is 3 minutes from the apartment and there are two supermarkets (Edeka and Netto) and Rewe in Südstadt (10 minutes by feet).
