Obergeschoss von ca. 85qm zur Miete an, bestehend aus einem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, kleinem Schlafzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer (Dusche und Badewanne) sowie ein sehr geräumiges und ausgestattetes Büro an. Vom Wohnzimmer und dem großen Schlafzimmer kommt man direkt zum großen Balkon (ca 8x1.40m mit Blick auf den Garten). Ein Auto kann auf dem Grundstück kostenfrei geparkt werden. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1.10. (nach Absprache auch früher) bezugsfertig.
Gerne kann hier auch eine neue WG gegründet werden!
We offer our completely furnished and fully equipped upstairs flat of 85+ qm for rent, consisting of a living room, bedroom, small bedroom, kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and tub. The “office” is a very spacious and fully furnished study with lots of space for books and other office items. There is a balcony of ~8x1,40m with a view of the garden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ruhigen Wohngegend. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Natur, für einen erholsamen Spaziergang oder zur Sportlichen Pause :)
Zu Fuß kann man innerhalb von jeweils ca 12 min zu zwei Bushaltestellen gelangen.
The flat is located in a quiet residential area. On foot you can reach the nature, for relaxing walks or for a sporty break.
On foot you can reach two bus stops within about 12 minutes each.
In der Miete NICHT enthalten sind die Kosten für das Telefon und Strom (separater Zähler vorhanden). Des Weiteren kommen die Kosten für den Rundfunk hinzu, sowie bei höherem Gasverbrauch ggf. Zuzahlungen.
Der Mietpreis beträgt insgesamt 1160€ pro Monat in Verbindung mit einem Mietvertrag für mindestens 6 Monate. Rauchen in der Wohnung sowie Tiere/Haustiere. Zusätzlich wird darum gebeten eine Mietversicherung abzuschließen (~ 25€/Jahr)

There is room for a car to be parked on the premises. The flat is available from October 1, 2022 (or earlier). The rent does NOT include the cost for Telefone or the electricity used, for which there is an individual extra meter. For legal usage of a Radio and/or computer a standard fee has to be paid to the German government (law of the land in Germany). the rental fee is 1160€ per month in combination with a lease for no less than 6 months. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, neither are animals or pets allowed. The rent is requested to obtain a “renter’s insurance” (~25€/year)
