Zum 01.03.'08 müssen wir leider unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Wohnung verlassen - und suchen jetzt also einen Nachmieter!
Die Wohnung teilt sich in 3 Zimmer à 21qm, 19qm und 12qm - dazu kommen noch Flur, ein kleiner Abstellraum, Bad inkl. Badewanne und komplett eingerichteter Küche, d.h. mit Waschmaschine, Herd u. Ofen sowie Kühlschrank u. Schränken u. Sitzecke (alles kostenlos).
Das 19qm-große Zimmer dient als Durchgangszimmer zum kleineren Raum - beide sind durch riesige Fenster sehr hell. Das 21m²-Zimmer liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof.
Getränke- und Supermarkt sowie mehrere kleine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe - zum Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof braucht man zu Fuß nicht länger als 10min.
