diese schöne Wohnung ist schon ab dem 1.5 zu haben. Süd/Westbalkon, Einbauküche mit Bar zum Wohnzimmer für gesellige Abende oder einen schnellen Kaffee am Morgen. Es gibt auf etwa 80m² ein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, ein Gäste WC und einen Wohn-Koch Bereich mit besagter Bar. Vom Wohnzimmer geht der 8m² Balkon ab. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Mietpreis enthalten.
Die Wohnung wurde erst im Sommer 2012 mit freundlichen Gelbtönen gestrichen und wird in diesem Zustand übergeben. Farbe siehe Fotos.
