Ich suche eine Nachmieterin/einen Nachmieter für eine 2-Zimmerwohnung in Bonn. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral - 5 min. zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof - und liegt in der beliebten Südstadt.
Die ca. 75 Quadratmeter große Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Flur, hat außerdem einen großen Balkon und ein Kellerabteil. In der Küche ist Platz für einen Essplatz, das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Eine Einbauküche ist nicht vorhanden. Alle Räume außer dem gefliesten Bad haben Holzdielen, was der Wohnung eine warme Atmosphäre verleiht. Gartennutzung bei Beteiligung an der Gartenarbeit möglich.
Kaltmiete 800, Warmmiete 980 (Heizkostenabrechnung 70% nach Verbrauch). Kaution, aber keine Provision.
