A lovely 53 m² apartment (two rooms) in Südstadt will be soon available (beginning/mid October – exact date to be discussed).
The rent is 655 € incl. additional fees (only electricity and Internet are excluded).
The apartment is very bright and lovely, photos are attached.
I took over the kitchen and the washing machine from the previous tenant for 700 € and the same should be now be paid to me. I would also ideally want the new tenant to take over all my furniture, especially the big pieces (bedroom, wardrobe, big wardrobe in the living room). But we can discuss if you want only some things and not all of them. All the furniture has been bought only in October last year, so it is pretty new.
I can also leave all the kitchen supplies if the new tenant wants them. The price has to be discussed.
Very convenient for new arrivals in Bonn.
The apartment is located in Rittershauasstrasse- Südstadt rea. It is a very nice location, the street is very quiet although is only 1 min far from the more busy Bonner Talweg.
Tram and bus are at 2-5 min walking distance. Only 15 min walk to the ciy center.
Supermarkets, bars and restaurant are very close by.
