Die gut geschnittene Wohnung ist 65qm groß und liegt im 1.OG. Die helle Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, WC und Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist möbliert wie in den Fotos zu sehen ist und hat Internet inklusive. Im Keller haben wir eine Waschmaschine zu Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum 5 min zu fuß vom Hbf. entfernt. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Rewe befindet sich direkt nebenan. Die Uni ist in ungefähr 8min zu erreichen. Kneipen und Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir werden vom 10. Dezember bis 20. Januar Urlaub machen und daher suchen wir eine Person oder ein Paar, die für eine Zwischenmiete sie übernehmen würde. Bei Anfragen sind wir unter erreichbar.
Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass der Preis insgesamt für 32 Tage (vom 10.12.2016 - 10.01.2017) 750€ beträgt und für 42 Tage (vom 10.12.2016 - 20.01.2017) 1.000€.
