Das Studio umfasst einen Raum plus separates Bad. Der Raum war im 19. Jahrhundert ein Stall als Teil einer Molkerei und wurde später zu Wohnraum umfunktioniert. Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen, in dem weder Autos noch laute Nachbarn zu hören sind. Neben der Wohnung kann ein großer Garten genutzt werden, in dem eine Feuerstelle gelegen ist und im Sommer Gemüse angebaut werden kann.
Abschlag: Da einige der auf den Bildern gezeigten Möbel extra für diese Wohnung gebaut wurden, wird die Wohnung gegen einen Abschlag von 600 € übergeben. Bitte nur melden, wenn eine Übernahme der Möbel in Frage kommt. Der Abschlag setzt sich wie folgt zusammen (s. Fotos):
- Bar + Theke + Regale in der Küche: 300 €
- Bücherregale + Schuhregal + Garderobe + Regale im Bad: 100 €
- Kühlschrank + Waschmaschine + Küche: 200€ *
*(Die Waschmaschine wurde vor einem Jahr neu für 300 € gekauft, ein neuer Herd für 75 € wurde im Oktober dieses Jahres eigebaut)

The studio comprises a main room with self-made wooden furniture and a separate bath room. The room used to be a barn for cows in the 19th century and is located in the backyard of a former creamery, where it is absolutely quite and relaxed both during the week and the weekends. There is a garden with a fire place that makes for a perfect hang out location in the evening. In the rooms there are multiple bars that invite for cooking dinner and drinks.
Furniture: Please only contact me when you are interested in purchasing the furniture in the room (600€ all together). The furniture was built to match the dimensions of this room and will remain there. The price for the furniture accumulates as follows:
- Bars + shelves in the kitchen: 300 €
- Book/shoe shelves + wardrobe + shelves in bathroom: 100 €
- Fridge + washing machine + kitchen: 200€ *
*(the washing machine was bought last year for 300€ and still has warranty, a new stove was installed this October for 75€)

Die Wohnung liegt in der Paulstraße mitten in der Bonner Altstadt. Von der Wohnung aus ist der Hauptbahnhof in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung erreicht man binnen 5 Minuten. Der Rhein ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is located between the two main streets (Heerstraße & Breitestraße) in Bonn's old town (Altstadt) where bars and restaurants may be found. The flat is in 10 minutes walking distance from central station, and around the corner there is the tram which brings you to the main places in Bonn. 5 minutes away from the flat is the Rhine.
