The flat which is situated in the 2nd floor is available from 1.8.2020. It has 3 rooms out of which 2 are generous in size with around 22-25 sq m each. A small balcony catches the afternoon sun.
The recently fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, extractor and fridge should be taken over for a lump sum of 2.300€. In addition, we will leave behind all hanging lamps and curtain rails.
The location is very central, you can reach the pedestrian zone, Altstadt and the Rhine river within a few minutes' walk. The bus/tram stops Stiftsplatz, Wilhelmsplatz and Bertha-von-Suttner Platz are reachable within a couple of minutes. The supermarkets Netto, Aldi and Rewe are also within walking distance on Kölnstraße.
Interested parties should have a proof of income and be respectful towards neighbours. The flat is to be rented out to up to two adults.
