Es handelt sich um eine Altbau Dachgeschosswohnung im 3. Stock. Es gibt 2,5 Zimmer, heißt ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sowie eine Flurnische wo Ihr euren Schreibtisch abstellen könnt.
Mit Abzug der Dachschrägen hat die Wohnung ca. 35 qm.
Eine Küche mit Kocheld, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden und wird auch ohne Abschlag in der Wohnung bleiben.
Das Bad ist mit (neuen) Einbauschränken ausgestattet, sodass ihr ausreichend Stauraum habt. Die Dusche ist mit Handbrause und Regendusche ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Friedrichstraße - wenig entfernt liegt der Friedensplatz mit Busbahnhof. In 3 Minuten erreicht ihr die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Stadthaus.
Supermärkte, Ärzte und andere Dienstleistungen könnt ihr in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Wohnung kann nur an eine Einzelperson vermietet werden.
