Ich ziehe spontan aus und suche einen Nachmieter für die Wohnung.
Ich würde am liebsten alle Möbel inklusive Ausstattung in der Wohnung lassen, da ich mit meiner verlobte zusammen ziehe und wir sonst alles doppelt hätten. Dazu gehören zB: Matratze, Nachttisch, Schrank, Kommode, Küschentisch und Stühle, Regale, Sofa, etc, Waschmaschine, evtl. Sessel, Küchenausstattung mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spüle etc.
Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer und eine separate Küche und ein kleines Bad. Möbel und vieles in der Küche würde ich gerne dalassen, Waschmaschine etc ist auch vorhanden.

I am moving out on short notice and am looking for a renter to take over the apartment.
I would prefer to leave all furniture in the apartment, as I am moving in with my fiance and we already have the furniture we need. The furniture includes: a mattress + slatted bed base, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe, kitchen table + chairs, sofa, hutch, washing machine, as well as the kitchen itself, including stove/oven and refrigerator.
The apartment has one large bedroom/living room and a separate good-sized kitchen. Plus a small bathroom.
Zur Lage: gegenüber des Frankenbads, Bushalstestelle direkt vor der Tür, Tram Station 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Uni zu Fuß erreichbar, Altstadt generell sehr ruhig und schön zum wohnen. Sehr nette Nachbarn im Haus und nicht weit zum Rhein, die Sonne scheint bei gutem Wetter in die Wohnung und macht es daher schön hell.

The location: In the heart of Altstadt, it's across from Frankenbad, the bus station is right near the front door, and it's a five minute walk to the Tram. Lots of shopping options nearby, as well as bars and restaurants. The university is reachable by foot–and the Rhine as well. In general it's a very pretty, quiet place to live. The neighbors in the building are also very nice. The apartment gets great light, especially when the son is shining.
