Da ich jobbedingt umziehe, möchte ich ab März für eine Weile meine geliebte Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt in Top Lage und besteht aus drei Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Bad. Die Küche (inkl. Herd, Kühlschrank, Ofen und Spülmaschine) bleibt in der Wohnung. Alle anderen Räume werden unmöbliert vermietet.
Ggf. ist die Anmietung sogar bis März 2023 möglich.
Die Lage ist zentral. Die Haltestelle Rosental und die Bonner Altstadt liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bonner Innenstadt und der Rhein sind auch zu Fuß easy zu erreichen.
In der Wohnung besteht absolutes Rauchverbot!
