Hallo,
wir lösen zum 30. September 2008 unsere WG auf uns suchen nun Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen: zur Uni sind es 3 min mit dem Rad, Aldi, real und rewe sind in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bahnhaltestelle befindet sich vor der Haustür, was den Weg in die Stadt ungemein verkürzt (zu Fuß 25 min)!
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hell, hat 69 qm (16, 13 und 11 qm- Zimmer). Das Bad ist weiß gefliest.
Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung ist ab sofort möglich. Wir freuen uns!
