Wir lösen unsere WG auf und möchten diese gerne zum 1. 9. übergeben.
Auf den Bildern ist soweit alles zu sehen, genauere Beschreibung folgt noch.
Zur Küche: Es ist eine Arbeitsplatte mit Spüle und ein Ceran-Herd mit Backofen vorhanden. Zu dem Hängeschränke und Regale. Auch der Ecktisch ist fest eingebaut. Die Küche soll so wie sie ist übernommen werden. Preis verhandelbar. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden und kann auch übernommen werden.
Straßenbahn M3..in 2 Minuten zu Fuß,
Uni-Sportplatz..in 3 Minuten zu Fuß,
Supermarkt......in 5 Minuten zu Fuß,
Uni-Nord/Mensa2.in 5 Minuten zu Fuß,

Zu den Nebenkosten: 90€ an den Vermieter(Wasser und sowas), Strom+Gas waren rund 70€ und Internet/Telefon 25€ damit sind wir zu zweit immer gut ausgekommen. Kaution waren bei uns 2 Kaltmieten.
