Alle Räume, bis auf das Bad, sind mit hellen Dielen ausgelegt, das Bad ist hell gefließt. Durch die Fenster tritt viel Licht ein, sodass die Wohnung sehr hell ist.
Über eine große Diele erreicht man die beiden Zimmer, daher ist die Wohnung auch WG-geeignet. Das eine Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 18 qm, das andere ist ein wenig kleiner, hat dafür aber einen begehbaren Wandschrank (14 qm). In die geräumige Küche wird eine kompett neue Küchenzeile eingebaut.
Ein eigener Kellerraum steht zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße in umittelbarer Uni-Nähe, der Hauptcampus ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. ÖPNV ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Waschsalon ist in der direkten Nachbarschaft.
