Die Wohnung ist in etwa 70 qm2 und bietet 3 Zimmer und ist absolut WG-Tauglich für max. 2 Personen ! Hab selber 1 1/2 Jahre mit einem Freund hier sehr viel zeit verbracht und ist somit optimal für Studenten wenn man sich die Kosten teilt !
Strom ist nicht in den Nebenkosten mit Inne

Die Wohnung liegt zentral gelegen im östlichen Ringgebiet nähe der Kastanienalle wo man alles was das Herz begehrt bekommt ! Ein Edeka in Tante Emma Laden Stil ist gleich keine 50 m Luftlinie entfernt sowie größere Supermärkte + Busanbindung sind nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt auf der Kastanienalle !
Ich bräuchte dringends einen Nachnmieter zum 01.09.18, sonst muss ich doppelt zahlen !
