Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Braunschweig-Gliesmarode.
Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbau-Wohnung in ruhiger Straße mit 2 Zimmern und integrierter Küchenzeile (Spülschrank+Herd sind vorhanden).
Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für Studenten, da in direkter Nähe zur Uni. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Mensa, 10 Minuten mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt ca. 230€, für Gas+Strom zahle ich zurzeit zusätzlich 40€ (Warmmiete also ca. bei 270€).
Besichtigungstermine sind ab dem 21.02. abends möglich, da ich bis dahin noch im Urlaub bin. Interessenten können sich bei mir per E-Mail melden!
