Es ist eine schön helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit einem Balkon. Die Zimmer sind fast beide gleich groß. In der Küche haben wir eine Einbauküche mit einem großen Kühlschrank, was wir gerne weiter übergeben wollen, deswegen der hohe Betrag für die Abstandszahlung. Der Preis ist jedoch noch verhandelbar. Außerdem steht ein Kellerraum und ein Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wurde 2003 neu saniert und ist in einem guten Zustand.
Das Schöne ist, dass die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit 1-2 Minuten Gehweg sehr schnell zu erreichen sind. Es fahren 2 unterschiedliche Busse (413 & 230) und die M3 Richtung Weststadt. Die Einkaufsläden wie Real, Lidl und Aldi sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur 1-2 Stationen entfernt. Schönes Viertel, ruhige Lage.
