Die ca. 52qm große Altbauwohnung hat zwei etwas kleinere helle Zimmer und ein großes helles Wohnzimmer. Für eine WG wäre die Wohnung geeignet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, da das Haus leicht versteckt und nicht vorne an der Straße steht. Im Hinterhof ist ein kleiner Garten und ein Grillplatz, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Durch die Küche kommt man ins Duschbad. Eine Einbauküche wird vom Vermieter gestellt, aber ohne Kühlschrank. Die Küche bietet aber genug Platz um einen Kühlschrank hinzustellen. Im Bad ist ein Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine vorhanden und genug Platz eine hinzustellen.
Im Garten sind Leinen zum Wäscheaufhängen, aber im Notfall ist auch ein günstiger Waschsaloon nicht weit entfernt. Innerhalb von 3km gibt es 2x Rewe, 2x Aldi und 1x Penny zum einkaufen, sowie das Weise Ross. In der Innenstadt ist man innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten.
