Suche Nachmieter für meine helle 46qm 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Braunschweig zum 15.10. (eventuell auch etwas eher).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG und ist sehr hell, auch aufgrund der bodentiefen Fenster im Wohnzimmer.
Die neuwertige Küche von IKEA mit Geschirrspüler (45cm), Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, usw. müsste für 2500€ mit übernommen werden (Kaufdatum 05/2012).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt. 2min zu Fuß bis zu Fußgängerzone
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Westbalkon und einen Stellplatz im Hinterhof.
Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Hinterhof gerichtet und damit sehr ruhig.
Die A2 und die A39 lassen sich schnell erreichen, womit man in ca. 30min in WOB ist.
Die Wohnnung kostet kalt 360€ + 40€ für den Stellplatz (falls gewünscht) plus 150€ Nebenkosten. Es brauch nur noch Strom angemeldet werden. Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über eine Gemeinschafts Sat Anlage (in der Miete inbegriffen).
