Hallo,
Unsere ziemlich gut gelegene Wohnung fast direkt am Altstadtmarkt (Mummetwete) wird zum 1.9 frei, da wir alle nach Bremen umziehen.
Die Eckdaten sind: 69 qm, 3 Zimmer, ca. 680 warm mit allem, neu saniert, Badewanne und schönes, dunkeles Laminat.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut WG geeignet, da alle Zimmer vom Flur abgehen.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit Görge City fußläufig, Rewe,Penny und co. sind mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten
zu erreichen.
Insgesamt ist die Lage einfach unschlagbar, da man sich eigentlich direkt in der Mitte Braunschweigs befindet.
Leider hat es bis jetzt nur für ein paar Fotos in mieser Handyqualität gereicht,
aber bei Interesse oder Fragen könnt ihr euch gerne melden oder einfach nächste Woche vorbei kommen.
