Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer 72 qm.Im Moment wird das eine Zimmer von einem Maschinenbaustudenten bewohnt. Er möchte auch noch länger wohnen bleiben. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Terrasse und eine voll eingerichtete Küche. Er möchte als Mitbewohner/-in keinen Musik- oder Kunststudenten. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, Toilette und Handwaschbecken. Der Maschinenbaustudent hat einen Stellplatz für sein Auto am Haus gemietet, der auch zu der Wohnung gehört.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmärkte, Busverbindungen und die Straßenbahn. Man kann in Braunschweig aber auch sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad alles erreichen.Die Innenstadt ist in ca 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Universität sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
