ich suche für den 1.2.2019 einen Nachmieter-/in für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer seperaten Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einem ca. 23 qm² großen Wohn und Schlafbereich. Dieser grenzt an de Südbalkon zum Innenhof hin.
In der Wohnung ist eine Küche vorhanden, bestehend aus Waschmaschine, Backautomat, 2 Plattenherd, Kühlschrank, Regalen und diversen Schränken. Diese sollten für ca. 150 Euro VB übernommen werden.

Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Innenstadt (2 Min. zu Fuß zu den Schloss Arkaden und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur TU Bib).
Weiter sind in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi und Rewe vor handen. Keine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt ist ein Fitnessstudio.
Darüber hinaus bieten die die zahlreichen Grün- und Parkanlagen Zeit zur Erholung.
