da sich unsere 3 er WG auflöst, wird diese schöne Wohnung frei. Ideal für WGs, Paare oder kleine Familien.
Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und bietet 3 Zimmer plus Flur, Bad und Küche auf insgesamt 77 m² Fläche.
Der Boden kann zum Wäscheaufhängen genutzt werden. Im Keller haben wir noch einen Raum, in dem Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Die Wohnung kann gerne ab sofort besichtigt werden.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Wohnung schon teilweise ab nächsten Monat zu beziehen, da Maritza bereits
Ende April auszieht. Ich selbst werde Ende Mai aus der Wohnung ausziehen. Tim möchte noch bis Ende Juni in der Wohnung leben. Es ist also eine vollständige Übernahme ab Ende Juni oder auch ein Teilbezug bereits ab Anfang Mai möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Oker und dem Inselwallpark. Außerdem bist du sehr schnell am Ringgleis und am Ölpersee. Auch zur Mensa bzw. zum Hauptcampus bist du in unter 4 min. mit dem Rad. Also insgesamt eine sehr gute Lage.
