Die Wohnung liegt im Norden von Braunschweig, Ortsteil Kralenriede und ist mit ihren drei Zimmern auch für eine Wohngemeinschaft geeignet. Sie ist frei ab 01.11.2012. In der Nähe befinden sich z.B. ein Einkaufszentrum, Kindergarten und Arztpraxen. Die Bushaltestelle ist nah und wer weg möchte erreicht die Autobahn A2 in wenigen Minuten. Zumindest ein Uni-Institut ist in Sichtweite, die Uni selbst ist mit dem Bus oder sogar mit dem Rad in einer ca. 15 Minuten Entfernung. Besichtigungen der Wohnung sind abzustimmen, da die Wohnung noch bewohnt ist.
Kralenriede liegt im Norden von Braunschweig. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Ein Bus hält in 200m Entfernung, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut. Zur Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km.
