Ich suche für den 1.9.2022 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Uni Nähe. Es ist eine Drei Zimmer Wohnung mit 60 Quadratmetern im ersten OG. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr neue und moderne Einbauküche, einen Waschmaschinenanschluss im Bad und einem Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür für 49,90€ im Monat.
Im Moment wohnen wir in einer zweier WG in der Wohnung. Eine dreier WG ist nicht möglich, da das dritte Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist.
Im Moment kostet die Wohnung 679€ kalt, ab dem 1.10.2022 allerdings 709€. Die Nebenkosten belaufen sich auf 59€ und die Heizkosten auf 95€. Bei Einzug wird eine Kaution von drei Kaltmieten fällig.

Mehrere Supermärkte und Tramstationen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Busstation ist direkt vor der Haustür. Außerdem braucht man nur 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni.
