wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 56m² Wohnung.
Sie besteht aus 2 fast gleich großen Zimmern und wäre somit WG-tauglich. Dazu gibt es noch ein kleineres Zimmer von dem ein Balkon abgeht. Bei uns diente dies als Gemeinschaftsraum. Die Einbauküche kann abgekauft werden. Der Preis ist noch verhandelbar. Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 315€ Kaltmiete, 115€ Nebenkasten ohne Heizung (für 2 Personen), ca. 30€ Strom und ca.70€ Heizkosten.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Rad vom Hauptcampus entfernt.Zur Linie M29 und M16 sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Weißes Ross und Lidl) sind in der Nähe.
