Der rund 58 Hektar große Prinzenpark ist mit 400m nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Zur TU sind es nur 2,5km, in die Innenstadt 1,5km und Aldi, Edeka und Penny sind maximal 600m entfernt.
Da es sich um eine Neugründung einer Studenten-WG handelt, werden alle drei Zimmer ab SOFORT an Studenten vermietet. Erst- und Zweitsemester werden bevorzugt behandelt.
