Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock. Sie hat 2 Zimmer, von denen eines ein Durchgangszimmer ist (nicht WG-tauglich). Es gibt eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler. Das Bad hat eine Wanne und ein großes Fenster. Flur und Wohnzimmer sind durch ein Fachwerkelement mit Fenstern getrennt (siehe Foto).
Die Wohnung liegt an der Kastanienallee. Der Prinzen Park ist in 4 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle Kastanienallee ist in 6 min fußläufig zu erreichen. 2 Edeka, Aldi und Penny sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie mehrere Bäcker, von denen einer sogar Sonntags öffnet.
