Die Wohnung liegt im östlichen Ringgebiet, zwischen Ring und Prinzenpark. Die Innenstadt mit Schloss etc. sind schnell erreichbar sowie Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke etc.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, die jeweils vom Flur erreichbar sind, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Zimmer haben alle hohe Decken und sind mit wunderschönen alten Dielenböden ausgestattet.
Da alle Zimmer vom Flur erreichbar sind, ist die Wohnung auch sehr gut für eine WG geeignet.
Die Küche soll gegen einen Abschlag in der Wohnung bleiben. Das gleiche gilt gerne auch für weitere Einrichtungsgegenstände.
Die Sammelbesichtigung findet am 04.06.2016 um 15 Uhr statt.
