Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Die Wohnung wird zum 1.8.2016 frei.
Insgesamt kostet die Wohnung 400 kalt und ~60 Euro für BS Energy--> 460 Euro (inkl. Strom,Heizkosten)
Die Wohnung ist nicht wirklich WG tauglich, da das eine Zimmer recht klein ist (momentan Schlafzimmer).
Das Bad ist klein, nach innen liegend, ohne Fenster ABER mit Badewanne!
Die Kaution beträgt 900 Euro, eine ältere Einbauküche mit Gebrauchsspuren ist drin, Backofen ist leider kaputt. Ansonsten funktioniert aber alles ;)
An sich eine super Wohnung in der ich sehr gerne gewohnt habe!
