Hallo Leute,
ich suche ab 1. März 2015 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Stöckheim. Die Wohnung ist im DG und insgesamt klein und kompakt. Die 2 Zimmer sind ca. 20 und 12qm groß, quadratisch, eine Wand hat eine Schräge. Die Übernahme von Möbeln ist möglich.
Ab 01.01.2015 ist auch schon ein Zimmer frei, also falls du sowieso eine WG suchst, können wir für 2 Monate zusammen wohnen und danach hast du die Wohnung für dich oder du suchst dir einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Der Vermieter akzeptiert leider nur Personen mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen.

Die Wohnung ist im schönen eher ländlichen Stöckheim mit Wäldern, Feldern und Reitställen in der Nähe. Aber das Gute ist, dass man auch eine super Anbindung an die Tram hat, diese hält direkt vor der Tür (M1) und man ist in ca. 15 min am Hbf und in 25 min an der Uni (ohne Umsteigen!!).
In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind mehrere Bäcker, ein Aldi, zwei Pizzerien, ein paar Gehminuten entfernt gibt es Kaufland, einen Baumarkt und einen Griechen.
