Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern und wird aktuell als 2er-WG genutzt.
Die Zimmer sind in etwa 21m², 16m², und 9m² groß. Das kleinste davon wird aktuell als Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden, nach Absprache können auch noch andere Möbel übernommen werden.
Wir, die aktuellen Mieter haben die Wohnung offiziell zum 01.11 gekündigt. Ein früheres Einzugsdatum ist aber möglich und auch erwünscht.
Mit dieser Anzeige suchen wir mögliche Nachmieter*innen und stellen dann den Kontakt zum Vermieter her.
Studenten sind unter anderem wegen der Nähe zur Universität ausdrücklich erwünscht.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms and is currently used as a 2-person shared apartment.
The rooms are about 21m², 16m², and 9m². The smallest of them is currently used as a living room.
The kitchen is equipped, after arrangement other furniture can be also taken over.
We, the current tenants have officially terminated the apartment to 01.11. However, an earlier move-in date is possible and also desired.
With this ad we are looking for possible new tenants and will then contact the landlord.
Students are explicitly welcome.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf dem Hauptcampus in der Schleinitzstraße. Das Altgebäude der TU liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Zu Fuß kann man es von der Wohnung in ca. einer Minute in die Uni schaffen. Der Ost- und Nordcampus sind beide in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. In die Innenstadt sind es ca 5 - 10 Minuten.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Mühlenpfordtstraße sind es etwa 200m, zur Bushaltestelle Pockelstraße, am Stadtring gelegen, nur ca. 250m.
Diverse Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Univiertel gibt es viele kleine Bars Kneipen und Restaurants.
Die Einbahnstraße vor dem Haus ist sehr ruhig und bietet auf beiden seiten genügend Parkplätze. Von hier ist es nur ein sehr kurzer Weg zum Ring und zur Autobahn.

The apartment is located directly on the main campus in Schleinitzstraße. The old building of the TU is on the opposite side of the street. On foot you can get from the apartment to the university in about one minute. The east and north campus can both be reached by bicycle in a few minutes. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by bicycle to get to the city centre.
The connection to the public transport is very good. To the tram stop Mühlenpfordtstraße it is about 200m, to the bus stop Pockelstraße, located at the city ring, only about 250m.
Various shopping and eating facilities are within walking distance. In the university quarter there are many small bars, pubs and restaurants.
The one-way street in front of the house is very quiet and offers enough parking space on both sides. From here it is only a very short way to the Ring and the motorway.
In den angegeben Nebenkosten sind Gas und Strom noch nicht inbegriffen.
