Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich eher um eine 2 einhalb-Zimmmer-Wohnung und ist auch gut als 2er-WG geeignet. Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr komplett renoviert. Sie hat einen neuen Dielen-Boden, so wie ein neues kleines, aber feines Bad und eine komplette Küche. Man könnte dann eigentlich direkt einziehen ohne! das halbe Zimmer ist ca 8 qm gross und eignet sich als Sclafzimmer, hinzu kommt ein 15 und ein 20 qm großes Zimmer. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Wohngegend mehr als ausreichend vorhanden und man hat eine gute Anbindung zu Hauptbahnhof, zur City und zur Uni.
