Hello everyone,
We are looking for a tenant for our 3 room apartment at Westliches Ringgebiet. The apartment is suitable for families as well as fellow students who are looking for WG partners. The bus station is just around the corner but if you want to take your bike, it takes 10 mins to city center or TU.
Although the kitchen and the bathroom is a bit old, the rooms are very roomy! All 3 rooms are around 17 - 20 m^2.
Location is super convenient. In 5 - 10 min. walking distance, you can find a Turkish/Arabic Markt, Netto, Rewe, Aldi and Edeka. You can also take nice long walks around the Westbahnhof.
The rent is 600 Euros including "Nebenkosten" and excluding gas and electricity. The oven and the washing machine belong to the apartment, however if you want to buy the fridge and the dishwasher, we can figure something out.
